[FEATURE] Chat Heads setting for ExtraChat module

What feature would you like to be added. A setting under ExtraChat to toggle Chat Heads (Icons) next to each players message, similar to the following mod: https://modrinth.com/mod/chat-heads

It is worth noting that I am suggesting this because currently if you try to use the linked mod along with ExtraChat it doesn't work. Adding this functionality into RusherHack itself would be beneficial.
