[FEATURE] Change Thrown Ender Pearl Entity List Target From Others to Items

Would it be possible to change the Target category for Thrown Ender Pearls on the Entity List? Currently, it only shows up if you have Others enabled but that also shows all hostile mobs too and clutters up the Entity List then.

Could it maybe go under Items or even it's own category? Or make Hostile their own category?

In the next update there is an entity whitelist/blacklist which should help you distinct ender pearls from the other entity types
