A png module for hud editor.

A module for hud editor that allows you to bring pngs onto your hud (gifs would be nuts) and scale them.

this would add a new level of personalization to the game; cool custom borders for your xaeromap or coordinates, quick killswitch for chat, im sure many would find use for it.
