[BUG] AutoEXP not working

Describe the bug AutoEXP always says that armor isnt damaged enough or mending isn't enchanted even tho it is

To Reproduce Use any config of autoexp. trigger it to where it should do something notice it doesnt

Expected behavior Repair Armor with EXP Tootles
