[BUG] No HUD notifications for macro module toggling

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. if you set a macro command to toggle modules, you dont get the HUD/chat notification for the toggles.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: add some module toggle command for example "*toggle flight" disable "MacroOutput" setting in HUD>Notifications voila no notifications when disabling/enabling

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Send toggle notifications for macro toggle commands.
