[BUG] Vanilla HUD conceals chat when ExtraChat is enabled

Describe the bug

Chat is blocked by the vanilla armor HUD when ExtraChat is enabled.

To Reproduce

Enable ExtraChat

Other mods

N/A, probably

Expected behavior

Chat should be rendered over the HUD so that text is not concealed.
