[FEATURE] Allow sodium to override rendering

What feature would you like to be added. Allow sodium to do it's thing and cull stuff without rusherhack overriding it and lagging the game.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Rusherhack is very laggy. I know minecraft isn't optimized, but with sodium, nvidium, and other performance mods along with rusher, I'm getting 40 fps on 8 chunks on an i7 9700F and 4070 ti

Additional context Idk if thats how rusherhack works but thats what I'm assuming from what I have observed
