[FEATURE] A in game selection mask for nuker

I would like to suggest adding a masking system (like baritone selection for example) that the nuker module would only mine inside. Basically making it so the nuker can only mine inside the selection.

This would be very useful for nuking down mapart on 2b2t automaticly with multiple accounts without worrying about mining the edges of the plot (or in my case the mapart machine we are using).
