[BUG] jesus strict odd behavior

Describe the bug jesus strict mode causes weird short stutters on servers like constantiam this was not a issue before the fix for water logged blocks

To Reproduce hop on to constantiam set jesus to strict

Other mods n/a

Expected behavior work properly like it used to

I tested reverting the changes i made that you are referring to and it doesn't improve it at all on constantiam
