[BUG] Quiver bugs

Describe the bug for some reason after some recent update quiver stopped switching the item back the was in the original slot, but another thing i noticed it has always had is sometimes it desyncs after the arrows have been shot and the arrows are there when they really arent.

To Reproduce use quiver
