[FEATURE] Scrolling Up and Down in ClickGUI using arrow keys

Hello. I would like to be able to use my arrow up and down keys to navigate in the click GUI. Currently this is only possible by using a scroll wheel on your mouse. How it would work is the following: When you hover over a tab in the click GUI (Example: Combat, Movement, World, Player...) with your mouse, and then use the arrow down key, it has the same effect as if you scrolled down using your scroll wheel. Same goes for the arrow up key, just that it moves you upwards.

Relation to problem

I'm always frustrated when I'm setting up my Laptop to do something while afk. I usually don't have a scroll wheel at this point and use the touch pad. It's a pain that whenever i wan't to change settings further down in the click GUI tabs, that I have to use an external python macro to do so. (it basically scrolls down when you press the arrow down key and reverse).
