[Suggestion] Configurable overwrite existing (home|warp)s (via set)

I'd love to be able to type /(home|warp) set <existing-name> and have it overwrite the location, rather than needing to delete the home/warp and then set it again.

Might make this an option if/when I add per-user preferences. Broadly, I want to make sure people don't accidentally overwrite existing homes, which are then lost forever.

Would it be possible to add a permission to overwrite the home without warning/without the user having to click a button in the text chat?
