Maven artifactory "Ladysnake Mods" is unavailable

Visit the link "https://landing.jfrog.com/reactivate-server/ladysnake", you can see the warning like "JFrog's Free-Tier subscription has been deactivated.", that caused the 1.20.x branch being completely unable to be compiled.

Essential-Commands updated to use the new maven repo (https://maven.ladysnake.org/#/releases) in f9e3d704e1909f25e2d758c234fad3d420587984. What commit are you currently on?
