New Commands and Permissions

Possible new commands/permissions:

/r and /reply (reply to last msg)
/repair: essentialcommands.repair (repair inhand tool)
/invsee: essentialcommands.invsee (see or edit other players inventories)
essentialcommands.invsee.protected (protect player's inventory from being opened)
essentialcommands.nohunger (player doesn't get hungry)

The Inv view mod should fulfill all your invsee needs Command is just /view inv <player> This could be redirected using Command Aliases

Personally I feel the nohunger permission better fits VanillaPermissions, don't know how JP or Drex think about this though
