Talking in chat does not unmark as AFK

If a player is considered AFK and they talk in chat, they are still marked as AFK. However, if they move, then they are considered no longer AFK thus, the "... is no longer AFK" message is sent.

This is intentional at the moment, but I could see the desire to configure this so that a player is remove from AFK state if they send a message in chat. Will consider for a future feature enhancement.
