Good point indeed! This is only required if the same shapes also use SPARQL queries (cf. https://www.w3.org/TR/shacl/#sparql-prefixes). Task = Remove all `sh:declare` statements that are not used in SPARQL queries.

Task = Inspect (e.g., via a "search in files"), where that problem still remains and remove it.

It might be sufficient to remove [this bad part](https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/InformationModel/blob/6aa9ac182f65142ac5290507d84a18809199af20/examples/TEXT_RESOURCE.jsonld#L121) in our examples.
