Where is the raw annotation?

The raw moving/static annotation cannot be found in README.

Hey cdowen, unfortunately we had to remove the data due to some cityscapes licence restrictions

Hi @JohanVer If we have already downloaded the dataset, would you be willing to share the motions? Or can you please share the motions with cityscapes itself so that we can download it from their website as third party dataset?
