.NET Core WPF Support

The WPF Designer process in .NET Core projects is now named WpfSurface.exe.

Can you update the extension to support this process?

Also, I think the Shadow Cache stuff might have moved, or otherwise works differently now as well.

Making a release that kills WpfSurface.exe. Don't have time to figure out where shadow cache moved, we make another release if there is still a need for cleaning it and we figure out the new location.

I was getting This extension is already installed to all applicable products. for a while but then one install worked without even rebooting.
