[[Feature Request]] Misc Items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. So there are items within WoD like relics, artifacts, misc items in general. They provide affects and whatnot but they're not tied to a specific splat and a number of them have effects that call for rolls, it'd be nice to be able to list them as items versus the Gear box that just provides text.

Describe the solution you'd like Just a generic item type that can be used for any and all splats to include items that aren't armor, weapons or mage/changeling magic items, ideally the Devices section on the Mage sheet is perfect.
