Rule of "1" equal to rule of "10"

Instead check or uncheck the rule of "1" can we set option similar to rule of "10"?

• -1
• -2
• -3

I don't understand what the problem is.

I need to set -2 when roll "1", can you set same type of options? If we set "do not use" is the same result of actual unchecked option, if we set -1 is the same resul of acqual checked option, but we can set also -2 or -3, equal with roll 10 options
