Bug report - _TZ3000_rco1yzb1 TS004F 1 click not recognized

Open RogerGorissen opened this issue 1 year ago • 6 comments

Describe the bug Adding the device is no problem. Making 2 test flows, one for sending a message after one click, one after two clicks. No message or action after one click. I get a message after two clicks. Even after clicking once, wait for about 10 seconds and clicking again. I expected that this is clicking two single clicks.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a flow: after button had 1 click
  2. Click once on the “1 button Smart Remote Controller”
  3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior I expected that Homey recognizes the single click on the device.

App and Homey version What Homey version are you running? Homey Pro 2019 What version of Homey firmware do you use? 8.1.3 What version of the Tuya Zigbee App are you using? V0.2.16 experimental

Screenshots Attached the flow for one click image

Additional context N/A

I have the same issue with same device. 2 click works, 1 clock does not work.

Hi @RogerGorissen, can you please send a diagnostic report from the app and get back to me with the report id.

Hi Johan,

2 Months ago I send you a diagnostic report immediately after your request. Someone else has the same issue as I reported.

Any news on fixing it?

Thank in advance.

Dear all, I have the same issue here at hand on HP23, version 10.3.2 and Tuya Zigbee app experimental.v0.2.25. Device sold as SilverCrest Smart Button by Lidl. Double click does work, single click doesn't. After some experimenting it seems that a "double-click" is recognized even if the clicks have been done more than 20 seconds apart, so it is not really a "double-click" but 2 clicks that are remembered. In the meantime the "single-click" does not respond at all. Can we expect a solution for this?

Thanks, Best regards, Frans

Dear all, If it helps?? This is the interview of my device. Maybe it is different because of a different firmware? Thanks, Frans
