4 gang wall switch issues

To make my MOES 4 gang wall remote devices work, I changed the mode by running this:
Place the devices into pairing mode (hold bottom left button for 10 seconds). Device should pair and be registered after about 10-20 seconds. If device has paired but button presses are not recognised: Long press buttons 2+4 (two right buttons) for approximately 6 seconds. This will change the button action mode.
the order of the buttons do not match but the single click and double click work perfectly. The order of the buttons = LL LR UR UL
Can I make a request regarding the 4 Gang Wall Remote (TZ3000_wkai4ga5 - TS004) Currently the buttons are mapped wrong:
Actual Button / Current Mapping
Upper Left / Lower Left Upper Right / Lower RIght Lower Left / Upper Right Lower Right / Upper Left
Is there any chance when time permits to correct these? It currently gets quite confusing in flows, also the buttons support Single Press / Double Press and also Hold in Tuya, currently there is only Single and Double in the app, is there any chance of the Hold option being added?
Hi, I have trouble with this device, when I single click on a button, my homey make two simple click each time. Is there a solution on this issue ? I use flow to light the LED strip.
The only way to "solve" this is trouble is this trick
Is there a bether solution on this issue ?
