MSM Limiter different for "big" and "little"

I am running Ressurrection Remix 5.7.2 (Adnroid 6.0.1) and Sensei Kernel 2.3R3 on Xiaomi Mi 4i. Kernel Aditor Mod V15.

KA Mod --> CPU --> MSM Limiter enabled per core control disabled.

New options are available only for "big" but not for "little":

• Max Frequency
• Suspend Min Frequency
• Suspend Max Frequency

Governor for both "big" and "little" is yankactive.

I do not own an 8 core device, so I am unable to test/debug/etc anything with 8 cores. If you cannot provide code that works on your device, I will be unable to do much to fix this.
