Automatically upload each checkpoint

I think the title pretty much says it. Absolutely love the project. Would really like the ability to automatically name and upload each checkpoint. Some times during long jobs with larger datasets I like to grab checkpoints every 1000 or so steps until I see signs of over-training. Would be great to automate the process instead of manually uploading each one.
