Console keeps spamming this error and bots don't respawn

Hi, can you send me some more context? What map with how many bots and what settings are you running? Does this also happen on default settings? Any way to reproduce this error quickly?

Sure no problem. It happens on every map and any gamemode, although it happens more often in conquest. Settings are default. Either 16 or 32 bots which is the amount i usually run. After the bots die there's a chance they get stuck dead and the console spams the error. I'm currently away from my house but tomorrow if i have time I'll record a video.

Thanks a lot for the video! Since there is no other error before the Create-soldier failed, i suspect an incompatibility with another mod...
Can you please try if it also happens, if you only use fun-bots and no other mod? If it then doesn't happen anymore we must narrow down what exact other mod causes these issues. But it might also be something completely different. I'm still not able to reproduce this, so any clue on how to reproduce it here for me is welcome...
As a brief addition to this: I only call an engine-method from VU to create the soldier. So I don't habe any control over the outcome, but maybe the input is somehow corrupted...

i'll try with no mods, if it still happens, i'll reinstall funbots just in case
Welp, it is still doing it even with no mods, so instead i'm gonna download the latest update you published and let you know
@Joe91 so, after loading in with dev4 and no mods, the error still happened as seen in the screenshot, but, at least on my team, the bots did actually spawn again, like my team still had the 9 bots it should have and i counted them everytime i saw a kill in the feed
i actually have no idea, i'll load in with my mods too and let you know
btw after i left, the bots left too, no ghosts or anything
ok, so i changed the amount of bots to spawn to 24, and it started doing it again, it's like it has a space limit??? it's pretty strange because what happens is if a lot of bots start dying, the game just throws the error and only spawns in some of the ones that died, usually there's around 10 people alive and the rest are dead, it's a really strange thing.
i'm going to try one of the old versions like 2.9.0 and let you know, because this is a pretty strange error
welp, i just tried 2.9.0 and the error doesn't happen, there is one error that say !!! is nil !!! but it doesn't affect the spawn rate of bots, so i really have no idea

I'm not sure if it's related to vars.playerRespawnTime, but after multiple tests, the error doesn't occur as long as I restore the original value of 100.

This isn't an error, is just a forgotten print (guessing Joe forgot about it while debugging the Node traces module)

Pretty similar to the value that some bots have to delay their spawn on vehicles I believe. Might be related. @Joe91
