Scanner throwing error on ios chrome/ apple webview webkit

Scanner is not getting opened on ios chrome and on apple webview webkit. Throwing error, how to fix it on ios chrome. Below is attached screen shot attached. Please help me to get the issue resolved @JodusNodus
