Not switching camera

I am trying to toggle facingMode options but it does not seem to work at all. I have connected my usb camera and I can get list of deviceId using navigator.mediaDevices.enumerateDevices() . Is there any way to pass a deviceId to choose the camera? Any practical guide would be really appreciated.
