有些搜不到的音乐，都是单独下载下来然后添加进去的，同步的时候他会把列表同步过去，但是那些本地的似乎就没过去，有些本地缓存的也同步过去了列表，但是后续挂掉的也只剩个空壳了，后续能否加入把这些缓存和本地音乐也同步过去的功能呢？
