Add prompt for optional project name

Prompt the user for a project. If left blank, all projects are exported as normal. If it is specified, only projects with the specified name are exported (across all Hubs).

This is useful if the export is interrupted and just specific projects still need exporting, and for breaking up a huge export into per-project exports.
