Can only change weather pattern once

I can change the weather system one time and then any attempt afterwards does not do anything. I do not get any errors in console. It only allows me to change the weather once.

Same problem. But for me i can't even change it one time. I can only change the time and snow. Freezeweather doesn't work too.
