Thanks for the bug report, I managed to reproduce it locally.

The bug has been fixed, and the fix will be included in the next version.

You need to update the git submodules also, or clone with --recursive. Actiona is currently only compatible with Qt 5.

Are you on Windows or Linux? On Linux I just fixed a bug that could explain this behaviour.
