Ignore Start Execution hotkey when Actiona is in background

It would be useful if Actiona could ignore the start execution hotkey when it’s not in the foreground. This hotkey currently starts and stops scripts, but I’d like it to work only for stopping when Actiona is in the background. An optional checkbox near the hotkey setting would allow users to decide if they want the hotkey to start scripts in the background as well.
