Update CI to run OpenGL applications

We should look into running CI on a machine that is capable of running OpenGL applications. I'm not entirely sure if it is the Docker image or the computer hardware that currently prevents CI from running any unit tests that try to run the depth simulator, but unit tests cannot currently be run
