bug: installerx silent installation puts the manager into an infinite installing session

If i put the installerx prompt into silent installation, even if the installation is finished, the manager is never able to know that. Hence whenever i try to quit from the patcher screen after installation finishes, it prompts with "installation going on", even though the installation is done.
