BUG: Footer Links Not Scrolling to Relevant Page Section

Issue Description

The links on the footer are not automatically scrolling up to the relevant view. Instead, they are stuck at the footer view while updating the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the website
2. Scroll down to the footer.
3. Click on any link in the footer.
4. Notice that the page updates but the view remains stuck at the footer.

Expected Behavior

When a link in the footer is clicked, the page should automatically scroll up to the relevant section of the page.

Actual Behavior

The page updates to the relevant section when a footer link is clicked, but the view remains stuck at the footer.
