also "Review Options: Carefully read through the available optimizations before applying." how? I think this script also disabled my physical volume buttons on my Surface Pro 7+ as well as my keyboard shortcuts.

I would also like if this script would automatically create a restore point and when running the .bat and choosing "Run Perfect Windows" I thought it would show some GUI or some options, but no it just starts right away.
