Managed tests failing, because it needs modified grafana from PR: https://github.com/percona-platform/grafana/pull/690. make test-common and make api-test passing locally.

After discussion with Alex I removed t.Parallel() from tests in api_tests/inventory/nodes_test.go because they were unstable.
