Latest Version of JDk 10, Still not working?

Thats what i got, i had JDK 8 before for Charlatano then i dowloaded JDK 10 and then when i clicked build i got that message, idk how to run it with what its telling to rrun it with, i right click it and all i get is run with an administrator, do i need to put this in my compiler if so i have Visual Studio 2017 will it work?
