Make sure bind gets the dependencies for the `ref`

This still does not do the trick for me - still missing a reference when using with the example found in ticket #125

When debugging i saw DependencyNotifyingDomFacade to not return anything. Trying the debugger on various functions showed that it doesn't seem to hit any of the functions.
