Options to turn on/off Bluetooth/wifi from login screen

The login screen doesn't give the user the option to control the connections for the wifi and Bluetooth. The user has to login before they can have that option.

In other Linux distro, the user can turn on/off the wifi/Bluetooth from the login screen without logging in. This would be a nice feature to have.
