ChromeXt stopped working on Brave Nightly ver. 141

I modded Brave Nightly ver. 140, and script support worked fine. Then I updated this mod to a new one based on ver. 141. I suddenly discovered that "ChromeXt not installed" — scripts are no longer supported. I've tested it multiple times with different versions of Brave Nightly; it builds very frequently. Starting with ver. 141, I can no longer embed ChromeXt! I usually select the built-in module and patch it; my device is not rooted, it's Android 10.

Please check, what's causing the embedding failure! And if possible, please fix this issue.

Very Thanks! :)

ps I'm also always make a similar Vivaldi mod, and its developers will soon be switching to Chromium 141 as well. I don't want to lose the valuable ability to use scripts on Vivaldi too! Please look into this problem.

Please test if the lastest CI build fixes the compatibility issue.

I tried on the latest version of Brave Nightly, the scripts work and are added with greasyfork.

But how do I on this version Brave call Eruda console to add scripts manually too? I need the Eruda functions as well. In the popup menu line this option is gone. On Vivaldi snap (based on Chromium 140) it is there as on the screenshot. On Brave - no.

Try newer version or (backup data and) uninstall then reinstall Brave Browser and reboot (the you have a new profile), may help

Thanks for the advice. I'm currently working on a mod for Vivaldi, based on Chromium 142, and fortunately there are no problems with it. Access to the Eruda console and scripts work fine. Perhaps that problem with Brave is specific to Brave (nightly?), but I didn't check it.
