expose assembler required ingots

As an SEWA consuming service, I want to be able to ask the server the exact ingot count for the production of a single component being enqueued (perhaps inside of the response to enqueuing production).

Acceptance criteria:

  • as a SEWA consuming service, I can provide a list of components and get an array of all possible ingots back
