Move Flags?

So I'm curious as to what the fields flag1 and flag2 are in the move files. I'm working on a hack that adds some moves and I was wondering what they meant. I think I've figured out that flag1 is for designated who the move targets (your Pokemon, the opponent's Pokemon, etc), but I'm not sure what flag2 is. Do you happen to know?
