And for the next trick... Many people seem to struggle with adding deform/control bones correctly and get multiple root errors, i'd like to fix that!

What flavour of rabbit should come out of my hat? I plan to add a check on export for any hierarchy anomalies and either warn the user and display details and if possible write something to automatically fix any issues.
