[Suggestion]: Publish on Docker Hub

For NAS users among other things, publishing the docker container on the Docker Hub would greatly facilitate installations.

@Per0x Thanks for the suggestion. I'm curious: does your NAS not allow you pull images from other repositories?

@trevj Normally yes, but on my synology, it's buggy and only containers from the Docker Hub launch themselves without any problem. It is also the default repository in the NAS GUI, so for lazy companies, it would allow to find Outline-server's container, effortlessly.

I am also a Synology owner. DSM, Synology's distro, uses non-standard paths and a version of Docker too old to support Watchtower.

I use docker-compose for all my images and would greatly appreciate a decoupled and Docker Hub available Outline.
