Can not add access-keys

like this picture, i can not add an access-key in my manager and if i use postman to add a an access-key get "Could not get response" by "POST access-keys", still can not add. but i still can get accsee-key list by "GET access-keys"

my server has been restart, the docker is running well, the vpn connection also work well. just can not add access-key. hope for your reply, sincerely!

now i have two vps in my manager, the other one server can add key successfully. But this one can not add, I have restarted this vps before, does it have anything to do with restart the vps? the outline in vps still work well. hope for your reply, sincerely!

i m sorry, i want to describe my problem again: now i can add access-key by manager or http request. but in manager i still get "add failed", and can not get http repsonse in http request. but when i close my manger and open again, i found the key has been add in manager. I think the more serious problem is i can not get http response. beacause i must use the repsonse to do someting. hope for your reply, sincerely!
