Trouble connecting AWS Server

Hi, I installed Outline on my server almost six months ago. I used it without any problems during this time until yesterday Outline client connected to the server, but no packets were sent or received. Seems to be no internet connection, I have no idea what happened. I tried to set up the outline again by making a server with a new IP, but it did not make a difference.
