Logging connection failure

I would like to record the ip address of the person whose connection attempt failed.

I saw this earlier in a Chinese Telegram group, it is very interesting:

I think they are using something called v2ray or xray or trojan.

I understand this. So I think this feature should be off by default, and allow users to enable it.
