Feature: Add `sysproxy` to `fyne-proxy` example

This PR adds a new feature to fyne-proxy example that sets up the system-wide web proxy that tunnels web browser traffic automatically on following platforms:

  • MacOS
  • Windows
  • Linux (GNOME)
