Feature Request: Proxy and Startup Settings

Hello Jigsaw Company Please add proxy settings (like Shadowsocks on Android) and Add startup settings (like Spotify on Windows) Thanks. Outline for Windows

Hey there Amir! Attempting to summarize what you're requesting:

You'd like to be able to set the port that ss-client is listening on on your device

You'd like the desktop client to have the option of starting on system start (incidentally I turned this off on Spotify, it takes forever!)

I'm not sure what "Service Mode" means.

VPN: Current behavior, route all traffic by TAP device and route table. Proxy: Old(ss-csharp) behavior, set system proxy instead of touch route table.

PS: ss-csharp run SOCKS5 proxy, HTTP proxy and HTTP server (for PAC file) on same port.
